What are your opening times?
7.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 12pm Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and Bank Holidays.
What days do you deliver on?
Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm.
What are your delivery charges?
A delivery charge will be applied depending on your postcode and the amount ordered.
Does someone need to be there to accept a delivery?
No. We can leave it on the driveway or in another safe place agreed with you, but please note we cannot accept any liability if the goods are stolen or damaged after we have delivered them.
What size vehicle do you deliver on?
We have two delivery trucks at 3.5T and 7.5T. Generally, deliveries are taken out in the larger truck so please mention at the point of order if you have any delivery restrictions regarding the vehicle and if there any access problems.
Do you deliver using a Hiab?
Unfortunately, not. All our deliveries are handballed off.
Will your driver help me round the back garden with the products?
Unfortuantely we only offer a ‘curb-side’ delivery service.
What are your delivery estimates?
Normally being 4 – 6 days for stock items yet depending on the size of the order we can sometimes get it out sooner.
Do you offer discount for bulk purchases?
Prices can be negotiated depending on the volume of the products being bought.
Do you sell driveway gates?
We keep softwood field gates in stock; 4ft high and ranging from 3ft up to 12ft wide. We can get custom gates made to order which have varying lead times depending on the size of the gates. We also have clearance gates which you can find using the link below.
Do you sell decking?
We only supply one length/type of decking. It is 4.8m long 150mm x 32mm profiled both sides.
Do you sell reclaimed sleepers?
We only stock NEW green sleepers at our yard, in the measurements below.

Is your timber treated?
Our timber posts are UC4 pressure treated for direct soil or fresh water contact. All other timber products (eg. Featheredge) are UC3 treated for the outdoors

What’s the difference between Green and Brown treated timber?
GREEN TIMBER has a naturally-pale, wooden colour but you will also note a slight green tint of fleck cause by the pressure-treating process.
BROWN TIMBER goes through the same process as the green but an additional dye is added to the treatment process.
Are you panels pressure treated?
The GREEN timber ones are yes.
The BROWN panels are dip treated; which means they are dipped in a tank with preservative and then taken out to dry.
Do you offer a cutting service?
We unfortunately don’t offer a cutting service yet we can mortice timber posts for closeboarded fencing.
We do need to know 24 – 48 hours before pick up to get the posts morticed for your order.
Do you take American Express?
We unfortuantely do not take American Express.
Do you supply and install your products?
Yes, we do! We would have to come out to see the property/site before sending a quote.
