Deliveries

Please use the delivery calculator above to work out our charge to your area.

We aim to deliver to you between 1 – 3 working days from order.

Working Days

A working day is defined as Monday – Friday. Please note that weekends, bank, and public holidays are excluded.

Delivery Address

When opting for a delivery address different from your billing address, remember to specify this information at checkout. This ensures that your order reaches the correct destination without any issues. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery if you provide the wrong address.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to you being unavailable or access being denied, we will leave a message and arrange a more convenient time. This may come with an additional delivery charge.

Kerbside Delivery

Our company policy is a Kerbside Delivery, which means we ONLY deliver products to a customer’s driveway or site entrance.

Vehicles

We have two delivery trucks at 3.5T and 7.5T. Generally, deliveries are taken out in the larger truck so if you have any restrictions or access problems please mention it on our order notes at checkout. If you permit one of our vehicles onto your driveway or property, we do not accept any liability to damaged caused to the driveway or grass verges doe to the weight of the vehicle.

Returns

If you change your mind or wish to return anything purchased from us we’ll happily refund any product you wish providing its within 14 days of you receiving your order and provided the return is made in accordance with our terms below:

  • You have a valid proof or purchase
  • The product is in the same condition that we supplied it in

Non-returnable Items:

  • Post Mix
  • Special Orders*

* Special orders are products that are not stock items e.g. bespoke gates, chainlink, security fencing or custom morticed/topped posts etc.

Please Note: We will apply a 15% restocking fee to all items returned – if we need to collect the items. (if you return the items to our yard in person, we will waive the restocking charge)

Refunds/Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us on 01420 521040 or email us at sales@cashmorefencing.co.uk.

If your item(s) have already been dispatched before your cancellation request, you will need to follow our refunds policy above.

Shortages or Issues with stock

If there are any issues with the goods you order, for example a product you have ordered is not in stock or in poor condition, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the options.

Damaged, faulty, or missing goods

You MUST notify us within 24 hours if there are any damaged, other quality issues or any missing items on your order. We offer a 14 day faulty goods returns policy. If you find a product(s) to be faulty within 14 days of receiving the item(s) please contact our office on 01420 521040. When returning faulty products please make sure you return all the component parts and send us your receipt.

Products

Please Note: Timber is a natural product and images on the website are a representation only. Colour may vary in products due to treatments, species of timber and the production date. All pressure treated timber will fade in colour over time and this is not a fault of the product.

If for any reason you are unhappy with our products or the service you receive, please phone 01420 521040 and ask to speak to a director. We will aim to resolve any issues you may have promptly and to your satisfaction.
